Welcome to the Wise Women Movement
You were born in a body for a reason.
Your body speaks to you in the language of sensation. It’s a skill along with learning the gifts of our hormonal cycle and how to best move and care for our female bodies that should be taught in school.
The Wise Women Movement is for women looking to create a healthier, happier, and more intentional life from the inside out. This is a place for women who want…
Learn to honor the cycles and season of their body and nature
Connect to their soul with simple daily practices
Feel free to live in a way that supports their thriving
Be supported by a coach and community of women cheering them on
Your body is sacred and the home of your soul.
Subscribe for new and full moon emails (sometimes more) with guidance on how to work with (not against) your body so that you can create a life that feels meaningful, manageable, and magical.
About the Author: Jackie Dominas

Hi, nice to (virtually) meet you.
I’m a spiritual life coach and yoga teacher who works with women who are sick of just going through the motions but are stuck in a cycle that keeps them worn out, unhappy, and feeling like they’re missing a piece of themselves.
I teach women how to navigate the busyness of life while making peace with their bodies, quieting their minds, and creating time for what’s important to them. This work helps them go from surviving to thriving.
It took me years and a few powerful initiations to uncover the root of why I felt behind, not good enough, struggling, hustling, pushing, and tired. Now I get to give my clients shortcuts as they do the good work to create a life outside the box.
With 20 years in the wellness industry, I've seen heard it all. Serving as a dietitian, personal trainer, yoga teacher, and intuitive healer, there's one thing I know for sure — you are not the problem and your body is not broken.
My clients share that they feel safe and calm in my presence and are surprised with how much they can open up around me. It gives me a chance to see what lights them up and what’s holding them back so that we can carve our a plan to bridge the gap.
If you want to learn how to (finally) trust your body, you're in the right place.
